Water Challenge

(Kicked Off April 1, 2022) During this challenge, we will slowly add on more water weekly. The goal is to increase what you normally drink by the end of the month. We need to drink more water to keep our body at its prime. If we are going to exert ourselves in Zumba or Toning, we need to ensure our body is properly prepared before as well as after our workout.

Level Up 4-Week Fitness Challenge

(Kicked Off January 31, 2022) This month-long Fitness Challenge will help you improve your strength for a great start to a new year. This fitness challenge will be focused on building strength! You will repeat quick exercises and track your process each week to build strength to empower you to achieve your goals this year.

April Showers Bring May Power 21-Day Fitness Challenge

It is estimated that it takes people 21 days to form a new habit. This 21-Day Fitness Challenge is a commitment to making physical health and mental health a priority in an effort to form new healthy habits. This fitness challenge is focused on whole person wellness. This means we define “fitness” as physical workouts, mental techniques, healthy eating and more! Your wellness should be based on what you need. This challenge is about being real, not being perfect!
