This will be an in-person conditioning class at BLJ Studio in Philadelphia!
Butts and Guts is designed to build strength and endurance using a circuit training technique in which you give all-out 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods. This class includes bodyweight exercises, weight lifting, high intensity interval training (HIIT) as well as core training and stretching for a complete workout. All fitness levels welcome!
Class will be held in-person at BLJ Studio in Philadelphia. Eligible for free welcome pass.
