Zumba + Strength Class

This class will be 20 minutes of Zumba® and 20 minutes of HIIT cardio.

ZUMBA® takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party featuring Latin and Caribbean rhythms and easy to follow moves.

HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, is a training technique in which you give all-out 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods.
