The Butts and Guts classes are designed to build strength and endurance for your core and rear with fun moves that you can do without any equipment other than your body (although would encourage you to bring an exercise mat or towel). The glutes and abs play a critical role in physical performance affecting how we walk, run, stand and sit.  All fitness levels. No equipment needed.
